By downloading, installing, or using Thessa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.

Thessa is an entertainment application that generates oracle-style responses to questions posed by the user. Responses are produced algorithmically and are intended solely for personal entertainment and self-reflection. Thessa does not claim any supernatural, predictive, or prophetic ability.

All content provided by Thessa - including every oracle answer - is for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, spiritual, or any other form of professional advice. You should not make significant personal, financial, health-related, or legal decisions based solely on Thessa's responses. Always consult a qualified professional for matters that require expert guidance.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Thessa. By using the application, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@thessa.app. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Thessa Infinite is available as a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited oracle answers, domain-based insights, home and lock screen widgets, ad-free usage, and additional trigger methods. Some companion features such as Apple Watch support may roll out progressively. All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies. We do not offer direct refunds outside of Apple's applicable policies.

Promotional codes may be issued at our sole discretion and provide complimentary access to Thessa Infinite features. Codes are single-use, personal, non-transferable, and carry no monetary value. Codes may not be resold or exchanged.

You agree not to: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application • Use the application for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose • Attempt to circumvent any technical protection measures or security features • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the application's servers or infrastructure • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other materials in Thessa are owned by or licensed to Berk Torun. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Thessa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Berk Torun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Thessa.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision above. Your continued use of Thessa after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
